A team of dedicated, supportive and diverse staff at United Family Medicine are here to ensure all patients have access to superior primary care by providing a medical home for seniors, adults, teens, children and infants.

We accept over 400 insurance plans including Medical Assistance, Medicare, Minnesota Care and private insurance. For our patients without medical insurance, United Family Medicine offers a sliding fee scale based on family size and income to ensure no one is left without access to quality health care.
