United Family Medicine medical residents and staff invite members of the West 7th community to participate in our Healthy West 7th! project to make our community a healthier place.
The Healthy West 7th! project will help us determine the health habits and needs of those who live, work or use services in the West 7th neighborhood. We will use the results to identify both our community’s strengths and areas for future collaboration.

We need your input! Here is how you can help:
- Participate in individual interviews or focus groups*
- Join us as a researcher
- Donate your experience, skills, products or other strengths
- Join us in future projects
*Focus-group participants will receive a $15 Cooper’s Supermarket gift card
